Reports
Ballie provides comprehensive reports across all modules — financial statements, sales analytics, purchase tracking, and inventory valuation. Report totals, PDFs, and spreadsheet exports use your tenant base currency.
Report Categories
- Financial Reports — Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow
- Sales Reports — Sales by period, customer, and product
- Purchase Reports — Purchase analytics and vendor spend
- Inventory Reports — Stock valuation and movement reports
Accessing Reports
- Navigate to Reports from the sidebar
- Select the report category
- Configure date ranges and filters
- Click Generate
- Export to PDF or Excel as needed
